Online Halal Certification Process

In simple words the following steps take place during the Halal Certification process, a fully online process is not possible in a Certification obtaining phase, however, we can do the initial phases completely online. The process will require our intervention while we inspect your facility/production unit accordingly.

Halal Certification Inquiry

  • Customers can contact Ant8s by inquiry or email. 
  • Please fill out the form which gives us important details about your business, provides contact details and outlines your needs and objectives.
  • The sort of industry, product line, number of products, whether they are for domestic or export & your anticipated timetable needs are all discussion points.

 

Request for Application & Pricing

  • Potential consumers are given an overview of the application, the process, and the pricing after their initial email or inquiry.
  • The overview of the Ant^s USA: Al-Nur Truly Halal Services process is given to potential customers. Please note that the cost is kept private as it may change from case to case basis. 
  • We at Ant^s USA: Al-Nur Truly Halal Services would require flowcharts of the production process as well as ingredient statements. 

 

Submission and Receipt of Application with Product Statements & Flowcharts

 

Ant^s USA: Al-Nur Truly Halal Services receives your application and product information to:

  • Start drafting the service contract
  • Review & analysis of halal products should begin
  • Add the location(s) of the customer’s facility to the Halal audit facility inspection schedule.

 

Service Agreement Executed

Authorized signers for both parties must sign the Service Agreement, which includes the costs & terms. Following implementation, Ant^s USA: Al-Nur Truly Halal Services offers its Halal logos, moves forward with the review and approval of submitted products, then makes arrangements for the facility audit stage.

 

Raw Materials Used

  • A product must include only Halal ingredients for it to be deemed Halal.
  • Halal-sensitive materials from internationally renowned Halal certifying sources may be permitted, at the sole discretion of HMCA.
  • It can be necessary to identify the maker of each item.
  • The product’s Halal status may be impacted by additional plant-based variables.
  • Release agents: are they halal?
  • On the same production line, are the other goods halal?
  • For each product, a complete list of the raw materials and ingredients is necessary.

 

Product Description

  • Inform us about the product(s) being certified.
  • We can determine whether a product can be halal by looking at the ingredient component list.
  • Private labels, or when your company’s name does not appear, the primary label brand name, are necessary.
  • Name and details of the distributor

 

Initial Audit and Evaluation

  • An Al Nur Truly Halal Services Halal Quality Assurance Auditor will schedule a facility audit after the product and ingredient review has been successfully completed.
  • Once the service agreement is signed and Al Nur Truly Halal ServicesQA has approved the products for certification, the audit date will then be set.

 

Halal Audit Facility Inspection Scheduled and Completed

Upon the successful completion of the Halal facility audit inspection visit, the customer is invoiced for:

  • Auditing inspection cost
  • Travel costs for the halal plant audit inspection and the auditor’s day allowance
  • Facility certification is valid till the end of the current year (or as negotiated if certified in 4th quarter)
  • Review of a halal product for a one-time fee per product
  • Certification for each halal product is valid till the end of the current calendar year (or as negotiated if certified in 4th quarter)

 

Halal Certification Issued
  • An official Halal certificate will be granted upon payment for all services, at which point Halal production can start.

Al Nur Truly Halal Services will then arrange for the Halal seal and logo to be sent for use on packaging. When your package is refreshed as scheduled, the Halal certification emblem can be added.
