Application Process for Zabiha Certification :
You will describe your company’s operations in the application. Please remember that the more information we have about you, the easier it is for us to complete your application. The Halal Zabiha Committee will seek a first inspection of the facility/production unit after examining the application. The applicant must allow the Halal Zabiha Committee to inspect their manufacturing unit/facility at a mutually agreeable time. Before or after the inspection, the applicant must provide any extra information requested by the Ant8s Zabiha Committee. We may seek the names and sources of all supplies, as well as a description of the manufacturing process, in addition to a list of all compounds utilised in the manufacturing.
Ant8s : Transforming Businesses Through Halal Certifications
The certification process to obtain a Zabiha Halal Certification involves the following steps:
- Initial Inspection and Evaluation
The facility will need to be reviewed by a senior field representative after a brief examination of the application. The Ant^s USA, Al-Nur Truly Halal Services Zabiha Committee will then examine the report. The client will be intimated and clauses will be discussed and a soft approval will be taken before an agreement may be written.
- Agreement
An agreement outlining the terms and conditions the applicant must accept and adhere to must be signed after a preliminary inspection & evaluation. A contract is a set of common provisions and unique clauses created for certain requirements or circumstances relating to the Ant8s Zabiha certification program.
- Certification and Ongoing Inspection
After subject matter experts have verified that Zabiha satisfies and complies with the stipulated requirements, the Ant8s Zabiha Committee will issue the Halal Zabiha Certificate, at which point Zabiha production can begin. A designated Ant8s Zabiha compliance inspector will inspect the production unit/facility on a regular basis. The Ant8s Zabiha Committee-authorized inspector will also ensure that the written contract is followed. If any form of discrimination is discovered, the contract may be cancelled.
