• The Zabiha Halal Certificate attests that the cattle and/or poultry fulfill the toughest requirements.

 

Application Process for Zabiha Certification : 

You will outline your business’s operation in the application. Please note that it becomes very easy to handle your application more efficiently & quickly the more information we have about you. The Halal Zabiha Committee will demand an initial inspection of the facility/production unit after first evaluating the application. The applicant must allow the Halal Zabiha Committee to inspect their production unit/facility at a time that is agreeable for both parties. Any additional information needed by the Ant^s USA : Al Nur Truly Halal Services Zabiha Committee, either before or after the inspection must be provided by the applicant. This information is not limited to a list of all ingredients used in the production, we might also require the names and sources of all supplies, a description of the method of production, etc., This would differ from case to case basis.

The certification process to obtain a Zabiha Halal Certification involves the following steps: 

• Initial Inspection and Evaluation

The facility will need to be reviewed by a senior field representative after a brief examination of the application. The Ant^s USA, Al Nur Truly Halal Services Zabiha Committee will then examine the report. The client will be intimated and clauses will be discussed and a soft approval will be taken before an agreement may be written.

 

• Agreement

An agreement outlining the terms and conditions the applicant must accept and adhere to must be signed after a preliminary inspection & evaluation. A contract is a set of common provisions and unique clauses created for certain requirements or circumstances relating to the Ant^s USA, Al Nur Truly Halal Services Zabiha certification programme.

 

• Certification and Ongoing Inspection

The Ant^s USA, Al Nur Truly Halal Services Zabiha Committee will issue the Halal Zabiha Certificate once it has been verified by subject matter experts and determined that Zabiha satisfies and complies with the prescribed standards, at which point Zabiha production can begin. Periodically, a designated Ant^s USA, Al Nur Truly Halal Services Zabiha compliance inspector will inspect the production unit / facility. The inspector authorized by the Ant^s USA, Al Nur Truly Halal Services Zabiha Committee will also check for adherence to the written contract. Incase of any discriminations being found the contract might be terminated.
